The ski club is run by a group of dedicated volunteers. Any help would be appreciated. Contact the President for more information

| President | Do everything unless someone else does it. |
| Treasurer | Make sure money coming in = money going out. Maintain records. |
| Secretary | Records, Registration, Paperwork |
| Alpine Chair | Co-ordinate program with coach, book hotels, organize trips to races, liase with parents |
| Freeride Chair | Co-ordinate program with coach, book hotels, organize trips to competitions, liase with parents |
| Alcan Nancy Greene Co-ordinator | Co-ordinate program with coaches, organize activities, liase with parents |
| RBC Jumps and Bumps Co-ordinator | Co-ordinate program with coaches, organize activities, liase with parents |
| Uniforms | Keep track of Uniforms for Bantam and Alpine Teams |
| Ski Swap | Co-ordinate November Swap with Ski Patrol and volunteers |
| Sponsors | Reach out and recognize sponsors for all programs |
| Race Secretary | Record racer times and information of annual race to FIS standards |
| Race Chair | Organize annual ski race to FIS standards |
| BC Alpine Raffle | Organize, distribute and remit raffle tickets to BC Alpine |
| Webmaster | Design, maintain and update ski club website |
| Ski Hill Liason | Maintain contact with Shames Mountain keeping them updated as to ski club activities |
| Adult Mach 1 | Organize Adult program |
| Anything | Help doing anything |
