Without a signed and witnessed waiver, the registration is invalid.

1. Dowload the appropriate registration form:
   Children 18 and under.
   The Adult Mach 1 program (19 and over).
2. Complete the form.
3. Attach a cheque (made out to SMSC) and mail it to  SMSC Box 157  TERRACE BC V8G 4R6.
