Register for all programs (Except Mach 1) with the Registration Form and submit it to the president, Rick McDaniels at the remax office in Terrace or mail it to SMSC PO Box 157, Terrace BC V8G 4R6

Register for Mach 1 with this Mach 1 Registration Form (it has a different waiver).

All expenses to be reimbursed must be submitted on the SMSC Expense Form and approved by the Ski Club Executive.

Alpine and Bantam participants must sign the Uniform Deposit Form and leave a $200 cheque for May 1 when receiving a uniform.
